LETTER TO THE EDITOR POLICY - The Elk Citian welcomes letters to the editor. Letters may be published at the discretion of the editor under certain conditions. All letters must be signed and include the author's printed name, address and telephone number. Letters which do not include this information will not be considered for publication.
